Canara Bank — Amount credited issue

Helo sir i have account in canara bank one of my friend send money to my canara bank account through canara bank machine he got receipt of got succesful amount credited but i didn't receive that amount in my canara bank account what can i do for that sir pls help me to resolve the problem
