Canara Bank — amount deduction issue

I have initiate fund transfer of rupees 500 from account number[protected] with tez app with upi number[protected] to icici bank. The amount has been deducted but it has not been credited to other account. Tez app also showing transaction failed. Please look into it. I have tried calling to customer care. No response from customer care. Please look into it on urgent basis.
