SUBJECT: Regarding renovation of Housing Loan number:[protected] &[protected] on the name of Devinder
Sharma in the Canara Bank Pathankot chownk Jalandhar city Punjab 144004. Bank Brach Code : CNRB0002390. With reference to the above subject my loan running in this branch and became bad during the period of covid-19
pandemic.
I have deposited RS 40, 000/- INR in the first loan on 16.08.2022 & in the second loan from 05.04.2022 to till 09.12.2022
deposited RS 48961/- Approximately. I want to inform you that my son was working at Jalandhar during the period of covid-19 pandemic. My son has lost his/retrenched from his service this was the main reason to become my loan bad now my son started working at Mumbai and making arrangements to clear the over dues in the loan account with me at the earliest. My wife has also Suffering from kidney infection and got stunt in the kidney after getting second covid-19 vaccine dose her condition was detoried for the last some years she also need proper medical and personal care further my elder son is not independent because he is a spastic and is hundred percent dependent. My younger son also left his further studies due to this tension. I am also pensioner (65 year old senior citizen) also depositing some amount (EMI) every month which I have already mentioned above in spite of this bank employees are harassing me and threatening me to possess my house. Number of times I visited branch office and regional office Jalandhar city Punjab but every time Branch manager and Divisional manager insulted me and threatened me and told me that you north Indian and Punjabi people are Like injured poor animals who always find mercy from everywhere. Am senior citizen but they always make fun of My financial condition. They always of strain to me that am Hindu and from general category. I am getting calls and so many messages from the bank even on holidays and at night. I am in great tension if something happens to me or my family? Who is responsible? I humbly request to you Sir/Madam please look into this matter and give me some more time to clear the dues and stop legal action.
