Canara Bank — brief the manager

Good morning/afternoon

Dear sir/ma'am,

Why i writing this complain i went to my native place canara bank the manager mr. Joji something name he behaving with my wife very rudely.

Because why i sending this message my self, my mom & my wife every one we received the message from (Canara bank ad-canbnk: your existing magnetic stripe debit card will be blocked shortly. New emv non personatized debit card is available at branch. So please call at your branch for replacement.. If you already availed please ignore sma-canara bank, dbs wing, ho.) this kind of message we all received, so first my mom went & ask to the bank staff they shout & send back her & informed her come after one month & after that after two days letter when i came back from duty my wife call canara bank they said first one month so we ask again they said one week after that my wife explain them then he said come in the evening.

So my self & my wife went 3.45 pm date 9th march 2017. We went to the bank & first we ask to the counter he said same answered first one month & we said & ask him sorry!! Then again he said one week then i explain him sir i already received message to change the card, if i get this block again i get problem then nothing he said, then i ask to the bank manager, when i went to the manager office he not present costumer respect i standing in front of him.

I explain same things he said nobody called then my wife told him i only called you, but you said come in the evening so that reason we came, then he started shouting my wife in front of all people as a manger he don’t know how to talk with the customer. & his telling we don’t have a staff we are only three what we can do? We don’t have a time to make nay card & came back after some days & his shouting his very day bread & butter own his working company.

I have another account with syndicate bank & karnataka bank but i never get this kind of response.

Even i had nri coconut in this bank two year back but now i don’t have it was cancelled & even all my relative all have account in this bank only. Earlier it was not like this.

I can bring this issue to in front of media but i don’t want to do because its our place i don’t want to spoil our native place name.

But please brief this manager how to make guest relation & get guest contact. Because in this place people all 99% from agriculture & small labor worker but every one is human. But this manager don’t have humanity. May be he behaving with all customer like this way only?

After i watch his behave i discussed with five near by bank people they all telling this bank manager like this only

So i kindly requesting with you please brife this manager & take action on him.
