I have been continuously trying to generate my transaction password through internet banking so that I can add beneficiaries and make fund transfers, but even after giving all the required inputs (transaction password, reenter transaction password, debit card no, expiry date, atm pin, and OTP), in the end, it comes transaction not allowed.
I have contacted customer care multiple times, sometimes they say there is some issue with the server try after these many days, everything seems fine, visit the branch office. I have visited but no luck as they say it will be done now but it doesn't plus the customer care provided me with an email id to mail the problem, it has been more than a week but no response.
