Canara Bank — cash debited but cash is not received | |||
Sir, I have used an atm, canara bank, kanchanbagh branch to withdraw the money with sbi debit card on 29th december 2018 but first, when i tried to withdraw rs.3000/-, the amount was debited from my account but no cash has come out. Again, the second time, when i tried to withdraw rs.2000/-, the same problem has arisen, the amount was debited but cash was not received. Immediately, i have orally informed the bank authorities, they said that the same amount rs. 5000/- (Rs.3000/- + 2000/-) will be credited within 24 hours. But till date, the amount was not credited in my account despite almost 18 days passed away. I have registered my mobile number with my account for which i have submitted a form with my mobile number. It has been a 1week duration still i can't use my net banking facilities and it has been showing u have not registered your moblie number.kindly solve my problem.
