Canara Bank — complaint against canara bank bainpur mustkil, sikandra agra (branch code 9024) staff members. | |||
This for you inform you that i deepak mishra have joint and single account, four fd's, pm pension, sip's and rd running in your bainpur mustakil branch since year 2015. At the time of opening account in your branch, office staff was so good, polite and co-operative nature and do all bank clients bank related work on same day timely, but now at present the staff deputed in this branch is very non co-operative and irresponsible. Now when ever i or my wife visit the branch for updating passbook entries the staff always says that printer is not working or no server connection or the staff is on leave, come after 1 or 2 hours or next day. This was happened with me and my wife so many times. Printer not working, server or pc not working, atm machine at branch not working or door always closed, what the branch manager doing. Today i visit bank at 11:00 am and ask the staff for update the passbooks, he ask to leave the passbooks in bank it will be update it soon, i left the passbooks in bank and visited the branch again in evening 4:30pm and ask for passbooks, they returned me passbook without the updation. When i ask the reason so many times, staff gave excuse rudely that printer is not working, staff is on leave and now bank working hours is over. When i asked them that passbook are left at 11:00 am at your branch for entries till 5:00pm you don't have little bit time to do this small work. They told to me we are doing bank work, i asked you passbook updation is not a bank work or it my job go everyday and request them to update my passbook. If this is happened to me who is graduate person than what will happen with the villager who are illiterate come their for same work. So i request you to look in this matter and do needful as soon as possible to this bank branch. If the same thing repeat in future and your bad and poor service than i have to think to close my all accounts from your bank. Thanks, Deepak mishra, E-mail.
