[Resolved] Canara Bank — complaint for refunding | |||||
I purchased 3 products in the month of October 2018 using my canara bank debit card and I returned those 3 products and asked them for refund. As per their confirmation the refund was initiated on 25/10/2018 (amount Rs 989), 26/10/2018 (amount Rs 1249), 27/10/2018 (amount Rs 299).The maximum time frame was 5 days. Still they were not reflected in my account. They have provided me the refund reference number 563830, 573855 and 364352. I had contacted your customer service number but there was no proper response. Please check and confirm the status Was this information helpful? | |||||
