Canara Bank — deduct my balance

Sir,
My saving bank account in canara bank bihta. My account no. Is[protected]name - nitesh kumar.in my saving bank account balance deduct incessantly from 02/05/2019 due to slabwise nmmb charges. But this charge apply when my balance less than rs.500 as say in canara branch staffs.
So pls if wrong charges deducted by system, pls refund my balance in my account as earliest.

When I applied a passport online after submission of amount server does not respond and deduct amount from my account

When i try to register for net banking i get this error message

(First name/Last name/Fullname are mandatory fields and they might not be maintained properly with bank, Please contact branch.)

need to register my net banking, every time i register i get the same error everytime. it says update your first name last name and end name
