Canara Bank — delaying of refund process

I, bidyaluxmi huidrom with account no.[protected] purchased a product cost rs.4244.28 from myntra using my debit card.
The same product was return back to myntra for refund.
As per their confirmation they had completed their refund process on 11th april 2018 and had given me the bank reference number. I. E. 74056638102810113351047.
I have contacted your customer service but there is no proper response from them also.
Till now i have not yet received the money.
Please check the status of my refund process and credited the said amount to my account asap.
