Canara Bank — Didnt get recharge for airtel mobile but money got deducted

From canara mobile banking app i did a recharge of rs. 155 for my registered mobile no. [protected] on 10-01-17. for which i got message from canara bank saying
"your a/c no. xxxxxxxxx1409 is debited for rs.155.00 on 10-01-17 and a/c of atom tech ltd has been credited (imps ref no[protected].
but i dint get any recharge.my user id is cms489 for canara bank mobile app.
