Canara Bank — Dishonour of cheque instead of sufficient balance

The complaint is in regards to appeal before you that my cust. id is 41105642 maintained with Canara Bank ( IFSC - CNRB0000396 ). I was surprised to know that my cheque No. 370097, dated 25 August 2016 of Rs 100000/- issued in favor of " KRISHNA KAWATCH DEVELOPER " has been dishonoured by Canara Bank stating " insufficient fund ". moreover my account is debited with around Rs 320 as return charges. On 25th August 2016 there was a credit balance of Rs 103884.22/- in my account, so there is hardly any reason that the balance in my credit may have fallen short of the required amount resulting in the dishonour of cheque. I am repeatedly visiting the branch for a valid clarification but i am not being entertained for the same. i have lodged complaint through mail around 2 months back but my mail is still unresponded. Due to negligence on part of Canara Bank, I had to face huge embarrassment.. the testinonials as proof are being attached with this complaint.. i urge you to help
