Canara Bank — I am complaint regarding a refund from amazon

My name is sandeep kumar and my account number is[protected] canara bank bhauri branch. I have returned a product in amazon for rs 18, 999 and they mentioned that my refund of amount rs 18, 999has been initiated on 5th october 2017 and it will be credited to my account on march 12, 2017. Till now (14 october 2017), i didn't get my refund to my account. I have received a refund reference number. These are the messages received from amazon.
