My name is rumana from pollachi.i have a account canara bank in zaminkottampatti branch.my account no staring 4 digit no is 3814.i want to file a complaint about the bank manager.yesterday (16.11.16) i went the bank for my money deposit 8500..The manager was insalting me too much by words..Manager spoke very arrogant..he is not giving proper respect to the customers..plss take a action sir Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is Santhosh G belonging Kerala palakkad district.6th time i visited your canara bank Anakkatti branch today for an account opening.Still the formalities not yet completed. Also I didn't get documents of above said account. Everytime your staff said that come after 10 days or a week. Every customers facing the same issues. Today only One staff sitting in the cabin and One sitting in cash counter and more than 500 customers waiting in the branch and two wheelers parking inside the branch. I will attaching the supporting documents also. How can they manage this rush situation. We are villagers this is our nearest bank also we need a good customer service. They are treated like customers are idiots. Staff shortage is the main issue. Everyday only One or two staffs handling more than 1000 customers. Your staffs are providing a cheap customer service. It's cheaper than a local financiers. They are more better than yours. I visited more banks and your other branches also. They all providing a high class customer service. We don't need a high class customer service, we only need a good customer service. Also lot of issues facing the customers. One example mentioning here, customers came for not exchanging they are not given new currencies they allowed for deposit the cash on same day.customers will get new currencies on the next day. This is our humble request to please provide us a good customer service and depute some genuine staffs to the branch this is our kind request. Please forgive me for any inconvenience caused...
