Canara Bank — My complains on ATM card

As I have received my new ATM card 2 weeks back when I tried to get money from my account it was showing as invalid .when I asked bank officer about this he told me to change password initially means first transaction I tried but there was no options to change password because of my card as been blocked...I tried to call to costumer care, my call did not connect I kindly request u to unblock my card and help me to get a new pin number... Please... Thankyou my name uday.s my account number is in photo
