Canara Bank — my complaint about money refund

I did two transactions on 1 december 2017 of rs 12000 +12000. My total amount is rs 24000. My name is hardayal singh and account number is[protected] in fatehabad branch. Due to server problem in canara mobile banking my money not transfer and debit from my account. Plz refund my money as soon as possible. Your customer care service is very ideal my disappointed from your bad service. Plz solve my problem immediately and refund my money
