Ranchi Dated: 12-01-17 Dear Sir Sub: No refund of failed transaction I would like to draw your kind attention that an amount of Rs 2063.00 has been debited from my Canara Bank Account No.[protected] being operated from Booty Road Branch, Bariyatu, Ranchi, Jharkhand. This is due to failed transaction while recharging on line in BSNL phone No.[protected]. The same caused during recharging 5 times on 7th. and 8th. December, 2016. The details of failed transaction is being given as under: Date Description Amount Balance 7.12.16 BILL DSK-HCNB[protected]-BILDSK 561.00 89837.67 7.12.16 BILL DSK-HCNB[protected]-BILDSK 561.00 89276.67 7.12.16 BILLDSK-HCNB[protected]-BILDSK 291.00 88985.67 7.12.16 BILLDSK-HCNB[protected]-BILDSK 291.00 88694.67 8.12.16 BILLDSK-HCNB[protected]-BILDSK 291.00 88403.67 8.12.16 BILLDSK-HCNB[protected]-BILDSK 68.00 88335.67 Total 2063.00 It has since passed more than 35 days days and the failed transaction amount of Rs. 2063.00 (Rs. two thousand and sixty three) has not yet been credited in my saving bank account. You are requested therefore to kindly look into the mater and advise the concerned official to credit the above amount in my account. Thanking you.
