Hi, today i. E. 25 june, 2019, i was doing payment for live class on store. Adda247.com which was worth rs. 4, 499.10. After doing payment ordered got failed. My amount has been deducted. I have contacted customer support of adda 247 and they said that there is a technical glitch on bank side. Please look into the matter and refund my money soon. 15 June 2019 I tried to recharge Jio 248 on Amazon failed then Amazon saying to me they refunded to my bank account on 17 june Amazon reference number provided to me[protected].In Canara Bank Bhubaneswar Odisha near Bapuji nagar branch they saying Amazon didn't give you any refunds so please help me
