Canara Bank — Poor customer service in lunglei branch | |||
I have been customer of Lunglei branch Canara bank for the past 5 years. Every time i have ask for help, the employee answer me with anger. I don't understand this kind of customer service. Recently i lost my ATM card so i ask instructions for applying new card, even then they ignore me and tell me to search for my ATM card again. Later i wrote formal letter to the bank manager which was also completely ignored. I am very unhappy with the service, and i will close my account very soon. I'm done with these kind of ignorant service Was this information helpful? | |||
