Canara Bank — problem for refund initiated | |||
I purchased a product on amazon on 11th of this month using my canara bank debit card and i return the item on 18th and i asked then for refund rs.1747. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 23th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected]. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response. Kindly request you, please check and confirm the status otherwise i'm going to file in banking ombudsman. We hope you will help us wholeheartedly. Sir we have made wrong transection through NEFT by bank of Baroda and by Bob we came to know there is no response by your branch 0223 .we have made in favour of kullin jeweller a/c[protected] by mistake we write[protected] on 16 April we have filled complaint on 26 April but till yet no response
