[Resolved]  Canara Bank — refund amount not received in account

I made a transaction during tatkal booking of a ticket at irctc using my canara bank account through phone pe. I couldn't book the ticket but amount was deducted.
According to irctc the refund is made to phone pe and also phone pe has made the refund to my account on 21st october 2018. But that refund has not reflected on my bank account yet.

My bank account is in adra branch of canara banks

Sir my account no:[protected] sir Mera ek Amazon se refund Hain 8990 rupey Ka Jo 19 tarik ko Amazon se refund huva Hain but not credited in my account uska reference no Hain[protected] aur dusra refund jo 20 tarik ko huva Hain 1606 rupey Ka would Bhi account main credit Nahi huva uska reference number Hain[protected] please help me sir
