Canara Bank — refund amount not reflecting in my account | |||
Name : Ananth Hebbar Account number: [protected] I purchased a product on amazon on 4th of October 2018 this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked them for the refund. As per their confirmation the amount Rs. 829 refund was processed successfully on 7th of October 2018 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it is not reflecting in my account. They had provided the refund reference number for the transaction is[protected]. I had contacted your bank customer care number there is no proper response from them hence i mailing you to sort out this issue asap. The amount might have stuck in your bank gateway or it could be a pending refund and you have to follow the path to your payment processor to locate the refund. Please check and confirm the status asap if your response was worst in mail too then i am going to file the same in banking ombudsman. Kindly do the needful asap.
