Canara Bank — Refund from Amazon is not reflected on my account

My account number
I purchased a product on 22th of July 2020 month using my canara bank debit card same was not received i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated 24th of July. maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number- 30005402070203144871030
I had contacted your customer service number there is no proper response. Please check and confirm the status.
