Name:Mallinath a/n:[protected] four refunded amount are not credited to my account from reference number refunded date amount Myntra[protected]/01/2017 3170 Amazon[protected]/01/2017 1499 from MakeMyTrip two amounts[protected], refunded date 15/01/2017, many times i have contacted to bank customer care they are not responding properly and someone cutting the call and i went to bank they are asking me as what is refund reference number what should i do with that number Was this information helpful? | |||

Today i made a payment of 14, 161.00 from my account no[protected] to NSDC INDIA[protected]. Bt last time of payment server was getting slow. Amount of 14, 161 was deduducted from my account bt still they dint get the payment & show thrir payment option "PENDING". Plz solve my problem as early as possible.

with due respect i would like to inform you that; i have been a sincere a/c holder at your bank bearing a/c no[protected]; a sum of 15 thousand was incorrectly deducted from my savings a/c on feb 09 17 i attempted to add15 thousand to my paytm wallet; order no-[protected] but it was failed and the amount is wrongly deducted from my saving a/c
so, i request you to check all the details and arrange for refund to my a/c.
