Canara Bank — refund not credit | |||
I had a refund of ₹365 from amazon but it is not credited in my account. The mail i receive from amazon is It is an earnest request to accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused as you've not Received the refund of this order yet. Please do not worry we will surely help you to resolve this issue. I've checked this order very carefully and could see that the refund of rs.365.00 was initiated in your Bank account on 23rd february 2019 and rs.40 was initiated on 5th march in your amazon pay balance. I've also checked and could see that rs.50 cashback which was initiated to you on 19th feb for this order was Deducted from your orders amount, so please check for the rs.365.00 amount in your bank account Even if you're unable to find the refund then please contact your bank and request them to check this Refund against this refund reference number - 74332749055905475051876.
