Hello, I am MANAWAR ARIF HUSSAIN. My saving account number last 6 digits001903 Branch: WADI 440023 Due to inappropriate description and quality I return back the order of amount 1499 rs. Amazon say that we have refunded the amount but it is not reflected in my bank account the reference number of refunded details of order is 1. I am Vasantha. My account no with your bank is[protected], chandra layout branch. On 1st March I ordered a shoe from Amazon for 675Rs with cash on delivery. But the shoe size was small, so requested for refund to bank account. They have my debit card details as I paid through the card many times. Till now I have not got the money in my account. I have received a refund reference no from Amazon (please see attachment)
I didn't get proper response from the branch and also from your customer care center. Hence requesting you to please resolve the issue at the earliest
