Canara Bank — refund not credited by canara bank | |||
I received a refund reference number by amazon almost 8 days back, i still haven't got my refund of 18999 credited to my sb account (Canara bank) bangalore (Chandra layout) branch. The funny part is that these people don't even accept complaints by customers. The refund reference number given by amazon is - 74332740012001115445156 The online order was placed on 9th of january 2020 its been 10 days almost, every time i call amazon they askk me to talk to the bank and every time i call the bank they ask me to call the amazon customer service, they are not ready to register a complaint, and they are not able to provide aany valuable information regarding this issue, Was this information helpful? | |||
