[Resolved] Canara Bank — refund not credited in account | |||
Hello, My name is soura sen samanta, my account no is[protected], canara bank burdwan branch.. On 12th december i have ordered a mobile phone in amazon through debit card for rupees 25999.. Then i have cancel the order on 13th december and they mentioned that the amount will be credited in your account by 18th december.. Till now i did not get the money in my account. I have received a refund reference no # 5131564165236839103014. These are the messages received from amazon. Hello, Your refund of rs.25999 has been processed successfully on 12/13/2017. The amount should reflect in your account by 12/18/2017. The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 601537. In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query. Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. Sir maine phone order kiya tha amzon se usme kuch problem thi main return kardiya amzon walo ne 8 dec ko bank main deposit krwa diya mujhe Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is 603899. mara refund mujhe nhi mila abhi tak canara bank ke customer care ko call karte hai to vo bolte hai hume nhi pata please help
