Canara Bank — Refund not give by bank

I have ordered a mobile name poco m2 pro for rs13999 in flipkart on 11.12.2020 and after 11.12.2020 i cancelled the order for some personal reason. Payment was done by canara debit card.flipkart had processed the refund of Rs.13999 to my debit card on 11 Dec 20 . they told it will credited by 21 Dec 20.Flipkart also provided the refund reference number 17203010346049569377284 and also provided refund ID CR20121122401521041805208. But i have not received my money yet in my account. So kindly look into this matter immediately and credit my amount to my account or I have to go consumer court. thank you.
