Canara Bank — refund not given

I had ordered boots from amazon on 26 of april of worth 608 but cancelled it due to some reason. But the refund wasn't initiated in 5 days.. I called the customer care number of amazon and they told me that the refund was initiated by them. But the refund was not received by my account the refund reference number is 74332749118911696895799. Please consider this a complaint nd refund my money
