Canara Bank — refund not received in bank account

Amazon confirms payment of rs. 610 with a reference number. Since i told them that my passbook is not reflecting the money, they told to contact bank with the reference number. I couldn't contact the customer care number and so registering the complaint here. The screenshot of the email from amazon informing about the reference number is attached herewith. My refund reference no 168188.
