Canara Bank — refund of debited amount
On 28th jan 2019, i initiated 2 transactions from my airtel app. Both are getting failed. But the transactions was debited from my account. I've contacted airtel about this, they said like both transactions were getting failed from their side, so they requested to submit a charge dispute for my transaction.

transaction id:[protected] and[protected]
Status: pending and unsuccessful
Transaction amount: rs.450 + 450
I've attached the screenshots of airtel app email and my debited account sheet.
