Canara Bank — refund of smriti meena

I purchased a product on amazon on 19th january 2019 using my canara bank debit card. Same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 19th of january 2019 itself. Maximum time frame was 5 days. Today it's 30 january 2019 still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 74332749020901914442190. I had contacted customer service number but it always unreachable. Please check and confirm the status. Refund the said amount of to my savings account at earliest.
