Respected sir/madam For the past four years i have an account in your bank. my account no[protected] M.DEEPIKA. Last week (09/02/2017) i transferred one lakhs (1, 00, 0000) rs through EMPOWER mobile app from my account to SVM STAFF BENEFIT FUND[protected]. It was debited from my account but it was not credited to svm staff benefit fund beneficiary account. so i request you to take an necessary steps to solve this problem as soon as possible.
