Canara Bank — Refund transferred but not reflect in my account

I am sameer temkar I order from zara app on 27th December and I returned that order on 2nd December so zara initiated refund on 5th December but still now I didn't received any refund . They have gave me refrence I'd also so please look into this matter as soon as possible and solve this . I have attach screen shot of payment and reference I'd also OL[protected] this refrence I'd and I also have attached statement of last two months of my bank
