Canara Bank — refundable money

Sir, on 1st of august i did a online transaction on amazon.
The amount which was deducted on 1st august is being refunded by amazon on this authorised code[protected] is not refunded to this mob. ([protected]) acc.
When last time i called ur bank customer service.
Ur service provider told me that we have rcved ur amt. It'll be refunded within 7 working days.
Means till 7th of august. But till now amt is not credited to my account.
Sir plzz look into it as soon as u can i'll be very thankful 2 u.
