Canara Bank — refunds amounts are not reflecting

I offenly shop a lot from different sites, i am facing an issue with this back services no amount i been shown created in spite if the concerned persons have already issues it from soo long.
I dont know why we have to again and agian fill this form how bad kind of service this back is giving to us.
