[Resolved] Canara Bank — Regarding for my transaction failure
I tried to order a book (08.06.2021)from amazon through card payment .Though money was debited from my account where order was cancelled. I raised my complaint through amazon customer care. they said your payment was not reached through amazon gateway therefore you have to inform your concerned bank . Before contacting, I checked my bank transaction statement where my transaction done for my orders was missing .then i informed these details to my bank customer care, they also said your transaction was not happened .i replied that OTP was received by Canara bank while transaction. they wind up with your payment was not happened that date. i don't know what to do. so i raised my complaint. hereby my consumer id 86957546.please raise my complaint and also refund my amount as soon as possible.
