Canara Bank — regarding my amount refund

Pratheeksha 20 on may 6, 2019 I had ordered oneplus6t from amazon on 3 of may but cancelled it by mistake. But the refund wasn't initiated in 5 days.. I called the customer care number of amazon and they told me that the refund was initiated by them. But the refund was not received by my account the refund reference number is, 422131 please consider this a complaint nd refund my money... Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

On 16th April I was transferred amount to the another account from using phonepe but amount was debited from my canara bank account but didn't credit to the receiver account and amount didn't refund also so please check the status and refund the debited amount.
