[Resolved]  Canara Bank — Request refund

Dear Sir/ Madam
On 01/03/2017 I made a transaction in Canara Empower UPI app of rupees 20, 000 but it failed so I made another transaction and it was successful. But problem is my amount has been deducted for two times (Rs 20, 000 + Rs 20, 000) including for failed transaction also and its almost 6 days completed but my amount Rs 20, 000/- not yet credited in my account. I kindly request you to please check what is the problem and solve this issue.
As a proof, please see I attached the screenshot of transactions.

Sir,
Though bearing account no.[protected], from Pernambut brach, I have made a TNEB online transaction of Rs.380/- and Rs.201/- and Rs.201/- from my account at 10:30:53am and dated 07/08/2017, and 12:00:59pm and 12:02:42pm and dated 08/08/2017. The amount was debited from my account but it said transactions failed, I want my money back, kindly look into this issue as re-deposit the amount to my account as early as possible.
