[Resolved] Canara Bank — transaction failed - while making contribution to nps.

Hi,

On 4th dec. I was doing nps contribution. Amount was debited from account of rs 7000.71/-. But transaction failed.

Branch : tyamagondlu.

Please see following trancation statement.

Transaction reference number :[protected].

I called customer care number. They said. Wait for 48 hours. If the amount is not credited back. Please go to home branch and raise the complaint. But i am out of station.

yesterday they told. amount will refund by 6.30 pm. but no refund till now. if i call gain.. thye are disconnecting the call
