Hi, On 4th dec. I was doing nps contribution. Amount was debited from account of rs 7000.71/-. But transaction failed. Name:shilpa Account number :[protected] Branch : tyamagondlu. Please see following trancation statement. [protected]:53:47 [protected] Sbiegov[protected]clientcode 436 7, 000.71 72, 459.40 Transaction reference number :[protected]. I called customer care number. They said. Wait for 48 hours. If the amount is not credited back. Please go to home branch and raise the complaint. But i am out of station. Kindly do the favor.
