To The Branch Manager, Canara Bank, Choukhuty Dated Sivasagar the 4th Nov 2018 Sub: Transaction time out but money deducted from ATM Respected Sir, Most respectfully I beg to state that, I, Tridip Das, a consumer of your branch, on 4th Nov 2018, about IST 15.03 I tried to withdraw money Rs.5000/- from ATM but the transaction has been time out but amount deducted from my account from SBI ATM in Simaluguri, Sibasagar.
