Hi my name is pradip chauhan and i ordered gold earring of 2.0 gms and paid full money while ordering the item. After two days they called me that they want extra money because the jwellery weight is increased to 10%. although they have mentioned the weight 2.0 gms on website. I requested them i unable to pay for extra money please send me the item what i ordered in the weight i ordered or lesser than the weight.
They were stubborn did not hear money and keep sending mail asking to pay for extra money. When i requested them again that i am ready to accept the item what i ordered and in the weight i ordered or lesser than the weight. the customer call person replied they can not and they will never deliver my item and never refund my money. kindly help me to get the item what i delivered or kindly help me to get me 100% refund. they want just extra money...
