This company gave a initial signup bonus of Rs 500..
I placed an order for a women's bracelet amounting to Rs 14908
I paid the balance amount Rs 14408..
Now after the jewelry was manufactured the weight was less than what I paid for..
Customer service representative said they will refund the balance amount which is Rs 963..
Apparently when the time came to refund the amount they refunded only Rs 463 not the entire Rs 963.
They gave a sign up a bonus for Rs 500 and they took it back..
I would have understood if I would have cancelled the order.. Now there was a weight difference which is not my fault..
I placed an order and paid for it..
