Candere — Not intitating refund of amount 25384 (order No 77890)
My name is bulbul and I have ordered a diamond ring and i cancel the order before it was dispatched . They also have a return/refund policy of 30 days . I have requested for refund over call + mails since 10 days but still they are not confirming the amount of refund .
They have not processed the refund . This is my credit card which was used to pay the amount . A bill has been generated on it just because they have not refunded the money . 10 days are passed and i have not received any satisfactory response from them.
