Candere — return and refund of my order 170110

My order number is 170110. From candere.com site.

I didn't like the product and requested for return of it and refund my amount on 28april.
I tried them call but they are not supportive. They told me to mail again. I mailed again. I tried on whatsapp also. But all in vain. Today is 5th may nearly 10days. But upto now they have not proceeded my return and refund request. Waste customer service.
