did not receive wedding photos and movie after full advance pay

I got married in Feb 2014 (7 months ago).

I finalized on a photographer by the name of Pranjal Kumar and Ajay Kedare. Their company is called Candid shutters. They took some advance which I paid at face value. When we (my wife and i) came back home after the wedding, he came to my house at 1am to ask me for his money. my first night and he comes to ask me for his money - amount Rs.1, 00, 000.
