Canon India — camera is not working properly after servicing - canon 1300d dslr

Team canon india,

I bought a product of yours "canon 1300d", my first ever dslr. For which i have been waited since 2 years.
Much of my friends suggested not to take bridge cam or digital cameras. Then after much searches i come to decision to take dslr.

[protected] i purchased 1300d & registered it on canon webside for warranty purpose. I heard much about it. Also checked sample pictures
On google which were amazed me. Then i have started abcd of dslr. Couple of my friends using dslrs, i meet them to know about settings of camera.
Shutterspeed, aperature, iso & light... Without these you can't get a perfect picture.
I was much interested to capture macro pictures because i was clicking on my cell only macro pictures.
Without getting clear edges of clicked picture i am not getting satisfied. Some what 1300d is ok for these type of photography.
Mostly i am only using 55-250 lens for clicks (Used 18-55 rarely)..
In last month (February 2018) i am getting something on every pic... Dark black spots... Its not looking so dark but it can be found easily.
Then i have searched on google about servicing.in warranty canon providing free servicing for 2 years. But service centres are not available
At my native place as i am leaving at kolhapur, maharashtra. Servicing centres are only at pune and mumbai. But canon has pickup centre at kolhapur.
Then i called up pickup centre (King computers - canon authorised pickup centre). They suggested me to come with bill, warranty card & camera, they will
Pack & send it to pune centre.

[protected] i deposited my 1300d camera body & 2 lenses to pickup centre - same day they sent it to pune centre.

[protected] next day i got call from service centre (Power care systems, pune). They asked me what problems you facing with camera. Then i told
Them problems, then they said camera is ok now & we are sending it by todays courier & you can get it by tommarow at kolhapur pickup centre.

[protected] i got my camera, happy to have my camera back, i very happy about service of canon & pickup centre also.
Very next day i checked my camera by clicking some objects, mirror shows the same dots on same places also
Images are not sharp as i was getting before sending for servicing. Suddenly i called up pune service centre & sent them clicked pics on mail & then
Talked with engineer, she told me that there is nothing left to clean but it can be reamin mistaken, & she requested me to send camera back to pune.

[protected] again i have submitted 1300d camera body to pickup point at kolhapur, she said will send it today evening.

[protected] called up pickup centre whether they sent my camera - but said courier guy won't came today.

[protected] called up pickup centre whether they sent my camera - replied to we couldn't send as canon has disputes with courier company & suggested that problem will resolve in next 2-3 days.

[protected] called up pickup centre again to confirm they have sent camera or not. But as per them yet issue not sorted out - i told them if problem from
Company i will send to canon india as discussed with canon cse & i sent mail on same day.

[protected] got call from power canon centre pune, said got your camera & sorted out all issues & sending back your camera.

[protected] called up pickup centre to ask whether my camera came at your end, they said yet not.

[protected] got a called from pickup centre that camera arised & same day evening i collected my camera.

Very next day clicked some pictures but result was very hard to digest. I have wasted these much days on camera but result is zero.
I was loosed my confidence towards my camera as i am feeling like i have wasted my rs. 37000/-.

Two days i kept mum. Then i used to call powercare pune - they said as per our knowledge camera is ok. But still you problem then you have to come pune. I already told them that i am working in hdfc bank, and rarely i am taking leaves, thats why its not possible to come there.

I given my camera for 2 days to my uncle (Professional photographer) he said realy camera has problem, blurry images, edges getting dual imbossing. Also i have eye eaching for last 2 days. Not able to look at images as its looking dual edges.

Today[protected] i have family fuction - clicked almost 100 clicks in which only 5 "ok" images otherwise all blurred.

Canon india - its my question to you, is this customer satisfaction??? Almost a month i wanted my camera problem resolved but its still on zero progess.

You may think, customer wrote an essay above but i had paid for this...& getting result zero.

Now i wanted my funds back or replace of my full kit.

If this is possible then & then only call me...!!
