[Resolved] Canon India — DSLR 1300D issue | |||||
I have brought new Canon 1300D DSLR fron flipkart but later on I found some technical glitch in the eye piece of DSLR as digits are not coming completely on the bottom of eye piece, itz not even 20 days but neither flipkart nor Canon are responsing over it. I have not even started using it actually but facing the issue and when contacted Canon service centre in Delhi they are not even that technically skilled to get the issue. They are saying that they will open the very new device to check. Itz not fair, very ill response from both flipkart and canon and they are opening my new device which I brought for about 30000. please suggest and support Was this information helpful? | |||||
