CANON PRO 521 Large Format Printer with serial no. BANX00086
I bought the above printer from Apex System on 27 feb 2021. It has serious defects.
Printer never shows an accurate estimate of the paper roll inserted in it. Sometimes it says there is no roll even if it is feeded with a complete roll. This leads to the printer in non-functional mode. Due to all this production stops. Due to which I am not able to print the pictures in a lot .
Printing through USB is not working.
Engineers from APEX system have visited thrice at my place but no solution has been given till now. Even though there was no response from apex reception staff. Whole management of apex is ignoring this issue.

There have been various call discussions with apex system staff (Mr. Kaushal Gupta & Mr. Joshi) but no satisfactory response.
Very poor service. No professionalism.
I am therefore asking you for a refund of the amount I paid for the canon pro 521 or just replace it asap with a new printer.
